UX/UI Consultant
- Conducted a heuristic evaluation to identify usability concerns within the system from both the perspective of the client and end-user
- Analyzed the system and created a wireframing flowchart to identify potential errors as well as areas in which improvements could be made
- Collaborated with other students to create a 40 page written business proposal in addition to a 30 minute PowerPoint presentation of our findings given to the Director of Business Operations for OurSafeQ
- Performed an error analysis from the perspective of both the client and end-user to determine where potential errors could be made and how to prevent such errors
- Developed a SWOT analysis to aid OurSafeQ in discovering the strengths and weaknesses of the system in addition to finding opportunities for improvement and potential threats preventing success within the market
